Mike Golden works with clients across the country to help them reach their health and performance goals in record time. Drawing from an extensive knowledge of neurology, metabolism, and kinesiology, he consults for professional athletes, personal trainers, physicians, massage therapists, and parents of children with neurobehavioral disorders, just to name a few. Mike is passionate about complementing clients’ rehabilitation and training with long-term education, and he leads national and international certification courses on brain-based coaching for Z-Health Performance Solutions.
